Focus Rooms is the study-with-me surface inside Focus Flow. You and your friends share one timer: when the host starts a focus block, everyone works on the same clock. When it ends, you take the break together.

Sign in, open Focus Rooms, and create a room with a name and schedule — or paste a friend’s invite link or 10-character room code.
The host gets a private invite link. Only people with that link or code can join. You can replace the code later if it leaks.
